Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Forward Signs and Apparel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may return or exchange items within 40 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • You have proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

3. Return Methods

We offer the following return options:

  • In-Person Returns: You can return items in person at our Seattle location.
  • Mail Returns: To return items by mail, use the prepaid return label (if provided).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 3-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for defective products.
